MSI Shows off Transparent TwinFrozr Graphics Card Cooler

Regular readers will know that MSI just loves teasing us, and as such, it is now teasing yet again. This time around, MSI has given the world an image of a transparent TwinFrozr cooler.

The cooler looks like it'll feature the same basic design as the TwinFrozr IV cooler, but in addition, it will be transparent. Perhaps we'll see some built-in LEDs that light up the whole graphics card, though there was no indication of that.

In the provided image, you can also see that the cooler is taller than the standard TwinFrozr IV cooler, so this design is likely based on the longer and taller SKU.

We have no idea what graphics card(s) the transparent TwinFrozr will be featured on, though it's possible that it will show up on the Radeon R9-290 card, since we're expecting manufacturers to release their custom variants not long from now.

This isn't a retail cooler, is a prototype MSI uses for testing purposes, further explanation on http://videocardz.com/48339/msi-shows-translucent-prototype-twinfrozr-cooler

^THIS^ Another 3 days late and 3 dollars short Tom's. That aside, those plastic supports behind the fan just scream to me "Blocked AIR FLOW!" anyways.

Remember our post of the transparent test cooler last week? Here is the final result for our upcoming R9 290X GAMING which uses our most potent Twin Frozr IV cooler to date, who’s waiting for one of these cool R9 290’s? : https://scontent-a-ord.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/1460202_663588840329616_491753289_n.jpg

Come on. You posted an old article after the new information came out, and didn't even include it?
