Look Ken! Barbie has her own printer!

HP's Apollo Consumer Products division and Mattel Inc. have joined forces to create a Barbie color printer that may appeal to young girls.

The APOLLO P-1220 Barbie inkjet printer is mist-gray with glitter pink accents and comes with Barbie decals which can be used to decorate the printer.

The printer also comes with a Barbie Magic Hair Styler CD-ROM, which allows girls to create and print out new looks for Barbie and her friends.

The latest model in APOLLO's P-1200 series is being sold exclusively at Best Buy retailers for $79. The compact printer can hold 50 sheets and print at 3.5 pages per minute in black and 1.5 ppm in color.

APOLLO Consumer Products is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewlett- Packard Co. and uses HP technology and cartridges in its products. More information about APOLLO and its products can be found at www.myapollo.com .
