Airmagnet ships VoFi Analyzer

Airmagnet today said its VoFi Analyzer has started shipping. The company said that the Analyzer is the first solution to provide automatic analysis of encrypted voice-over-WLAN (VoWLAN) networks.

The Airmagnet VoFi Analyzer can monitor and analyze data traffic on VoWLAN calls end to end, from phone, to network, to the IP-PBX. It can identify voice problems including choppy audio and dropped calls as well as Wi-Fi coverage dead spots.

The product integrates with IP-PBXes and call managers letting administrators see end-user data including phone numbers, IP addresses and other user data. Other features include VoWLAN-specific performance alarms, real-time statistical analysis, device analysis and QoS monitoring.

The MSRP for the Airmagnet VoFi Analyzer is $17,500, with call manager support options starting at $7500.
