Asus 10-inch ME301T Tablet Outed in Retail Listings

Asus is working on a 10-inch Android-powered tablet named the ME301T Memo Pad 10, according to a retailer listing.

Details on the Asus ME301T emerged on Icecat, with the tablet apparently sporting a 10.1-inch display, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, as well as being powered by Nvidia's Tegra 3 quad-core processor.

It's also said to feature 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of built-in storage. Several European retailer listings confirms the tablet will launch in two variants -- WiFi-only and 3G plus WiFi connectivity. Its price, according to said listings, is based around the $400 mark.

Asus is also working on the P1801 tablet, which could run both Windows 8 and Android as its operating systems, as well as the ME172V tablet, with the latter said to be powered by a 800Mhz CPU and 1 GB of RAM.

The PC manufacturer is expected to unveil the trio of tablets in question during CES next week.

Another boring and drab tablet added to the ever growing list of unsubstantial and run-of-the-mill android tablets. Yawn.
