Rambus and Toshiba have announced that Toshiba has entered into a licensing agreement with Rambus to incorporate Rambus's Yellowstone technology into Toshiba's DRAM products. As the first licensee of Yellowstone, Toshiba has given a big boost to Rambus' ambitions for its next generation DRAM technology.
