Initial Xbox 360 sales in Japan fall short of expectations
Initial sales of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 in Japan have fallen short of expectations, with sales volume totaling only 62,100 units in the first two days since its debut on December 10, according to Japan-based game magazine publisher Enterbrain.
The two-day sales volume accounted for 39% of the 159,000 Xbox 360 consoles on store shelves in the Japanese channel, Enterbrain pointed out in a recent report.
