RAID 0+1 performance is very much like the performance we’ve seen in RAID 0. The only difference seems to be the performance levels: in a RAID 0 setup, all chipsets are capable of delivering more I/O operations per second. Once again, Intel is clearly faster than Nvidia under server-type workloads.
