Positions change for a third time in Sandra’s Whetstone iSSE2 test, with the Maximus Extreme leading at default speed and the GA-X38T-DQ6 taking the overclocking victory.

Gigabyte’s GA-X38T-DQ6 clock lead claims victory in both of Sandra’s multimedia tests, but second-place MSI falls to fifth position when overclocked.

Asus’ top memory stability puts the Maximus Extreme in first place for both of Sandra’s bandwidth tests. It’s a shame that the other X38 motherboards couldn’t live up to the high standards set by their P35 predecessors.
