A Japanese mobile phone company called J-Phone has developed the world's first camera phone that is capable of more than one million pixels - definitely a revolutionary feat. The company "will initially dispatch only 300 units" , which will "retail for 19,800 yen ($169.7) apiece" . Although this is a very small quantitiy, J-Phone advises that we can expect production to ramp up over the next week or so.
