Although Access Points and Members can be added to a network by using the WSC Guard client, most other administration is done via a secured, members-only area of the WSC website. The features on the website aren't that extensive, but include a couple of handy items such as adding Guest access (Figure 2).

Each Guest account has its own name and password and is good for a time period between one and 48 hours from the time the account is created.

Changes in the Network configuration are done via the Modify Network setup screen (Figure 3). You can delete access points and get a readout of AP info (manufacturer, MAC addresses, firmware revision), but can't add APs here. That must be done via the client app. Note that the greyed-out Shared Resource entries aren't currently implemented

This page is also where you set the Intrusion Detection parameters. I checked this out and worked fine, with the warning email arriving within five minutes of my failed attempts. The failed attempts were also reflected in the Network Reporting screen (Figure 4).
