Spider Solitaire
Spider Solitaire is a relatively new game that first appeared with Windows XP. Nevertheless, it's been updated with the same new graphics of the other card games.

Spider Solitaire has a new look, but is otherwise unchanged.
Hearts
Hearts is another venerable Windows game; it's been around since Windows 3.1 for Workgroups, and is played against three virtual computerized opponents. With Windows XP, a networked Internet Hearts version was introduced - with a window entitled "The Microsoft Hearts Network", it called upon MSN services behind the scenes. Today, the networked version still appears as Internet Hearts in the Games menu, but is simply called Hearts on the game's splash screen.
A new look for Hearts.
You can even load saved game state in Hearts - of course, this applies only when playing solo.
