WestJet to offer in-flight satellite TV
WestJet Airlines Ltd. said yesterday that it will spend $22-million to install personal video screens on 40 aircraft, providing each customer with a choice of 24 live satellite channels. "On the heels of WestJet's announcement, Air Canada said it is looking at options to provide a similar service in its economy-class cabin when it emerges from bankruptcy protection."
