The brand new Creative Webcam Live! is aimed towards the middle-tier market at $49.99. In good light, it gives acceptable quality pictures and video. The webcam gives the lowest still resolution of the group at 1024 X 768 pixels, while others top out at 1280 X 960 pixels. In dim light, it performed the worst out of the group.

Like the Creative NX Ultra, the claw-like base can grab a monitor's edge. It also has a tough time staying in place because of its light weight. The lens is manually focused by turning the lens element. A small clip on microphone is included.
