When we kicked off the Games and Entertainment Guide, one of our goals was to present more than just games, including other forms of entertainment that we feel are relevant to enthusiasts such as you. Home theatre is something for which many of us at THG are enthusiasts, and now, with the launch of the Games and Entertainment Guide, we have the opportunity to discuss something that has been a great passion for many of us for some time. In addition to our coverage of games and other facets of entertainment, we will occasionally present DVD reviews. Don't look for DVD reviews to be a regular feature, but when certain highly awaited discs are released, we will aim to offer reviews.

With the advent of DVD players in most new computers and laptops, DVDs have become the popular pasttime for computer enthusiasts outside of the home theatre medium. We will strive to provide an objective, solid look at this entertainment medium, but by no means do we claim to be the definitive source for this information. Other resources such as The Digital Bits and DVD File are better equipped to provide in-depth reviews and coverage of the ever-growing number of DVD titles that are released. We chose to present these reviews as something special - reading that you might find enjoyable and relaxing.
