The World's First Wind-power Wristwatch: Yours For $143,000
EcoTech Daily has the news on what appears to be the first wind-powered wristwatch. To call it wind-powered is a bit of a stretch, but the Urwerk UR-202 is actually driven by compressed air, fed by a pair of micro turbines. If that sounds expensive to you, you are right. No prices were given, but the predecessors of the watch retailed for prices between $143,000 and $200,000, according to EcoTech Daily.
