Video game makers sue Yahoo!
Electronic Arts and the U.S. subsidiaries of Sega and Nintendo are suing Yahoo for allegedly allowing the sale of counterfeit games on its auction Web site.
The three video game makers claim Yahoo is aware of the sales, but hasn't responded to requests to stop the activity.
A Yahoo spokesperson said the company shuts down illegal auctions when it hears about them, but so far hasn't found a practical way to search through "millions of listings" for possible illegal items.
