VIA: Will request retrial in patent infringement lawsuit
Responding to a recent ruling released by a German district court, VIA Technologies president and CEO Chen Wen-chi said that the company expected no impact on its operation and will ask for a retrial on the grounds that proper legal procedure was not followed.
