VIA settles VIA Testing/ Vate merger
Amid the market speculation, VIA Technologies has finally decided to merge its subsidiary VIA Testing Technologies and affiliate Vate Technology via a 1:1 stock swap. The tie-up will take effect in early 2003, with Vate being the surviving company.
