VIA sets up CDMA subsidiary VIA Telecom in US
VIA Technologies recently announced that it has set up a new subsidiary, VIA Telecom, in the US after its acquisition of LSI Logic's CDMA Standard Products Design Center. In the future, the operation of the US subsidiary will be further integrated with that of related division at VIA's Taiwan headquarters.
