VIA said to have landed LAN chip order from Asustek subsidiary
VIA Technologies's new spin-off VIA Network Solution (VNS) has reportedly landed a big-ticket order of LAN (local area network) chips from Asustek Computer's Hua Ching subsidiary, winning the client VIA had lost to Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) in the core logic chipset segment.
