Via offers custom maps for Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil
Via announced it posted VIAVGA DM1 XP and VIAVGA DM2 XP, two custom made multiplayer maps with new weapons, more ammunition and added detail, as well as radical changes in lighting and texturing to its Gamers Arena.
According to Via, both maps are considerably modified versions of the highly successful custom-made DOOM 3 Deathmatch maps, VIAVGA DM1 and VIAVGA DM2 launched last year and made available on magazine CDs and websites. Changes include the double-barrel shotgun and gravity-based ’Grabber’ gun, as well as various objects that can be picked up and used as missiles.
