VIA and SiS saw similar May sales declines, feel different about June business
Hampered by the platform transition, chipset designers VIA Technologies and Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) both saw their May revenues drop at least by 15% from April. For the business outlook in June, SiS appears more optimistic, while VIA remains conservative.
