VIA and SiS announce new product and marketing strategies for K8 chipsets
Although new K8-core processors from Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) will not hit the market until year-end, chipset designers are not slowing down in preparing supporting products. VIA Technologies and Silicon Integrated Systems (SiS) recently announced their latest strategies in product development and marketing, respectively, for the upcoming battle in the market.
