US government subpoenas Micron in antitrust investigation
Leading memory chipmakers Samsung Electronics, Micron Technology and Infineon Technologies confirmed on June 18 that the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice has undertaken an industry-wide investigation into alleged anti-competitive practices among DRAM manufacturers.
