US e-voting not likely soon
According to several articles that analyze the pros and cons of online voting, recently highlighted by confusion over the Florida state presidential vote, e-ballots are not likely to be a reality in the near future. The reason, both writers say, is that a minority of US citizens lack Web access in their homes and electronic voting would not, therefore, be as convenient for them.
