United Nations urges tighter controls on nanotech
The United Nations Environment Program has urged nanotech researchers to use caution in their research. It also urges governments to legislate tighter controls for nanotech materials that could be released into the atmosphere. In an 87-page report, UNEP calls for standardized test protocols and more cooperation between government and private sectors.
