Underwater laptop aids research
The SeaPC is the product of an Australian effort that included Nautronix Ltd., the Australian Institute of Marine Science, and WetPC. The submersible computer is being used to keep track coral reef health and gives divers the ability to record a far greater quantity of data than was possible in the past. The machine accepts a variety of input devices including a one-handed chording instrument.
