UMC joins TSMC in September revenue dip
United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) posted a 6.2% drop in September revenues from August, a percent decline roughly on par with rival Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC) 5.8% drop announced Tuesday.
