UMC 0.13-micron problems delay Trident production
Trident Microsystems said poor yield rates on 0.13-micron processes at United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) have caused a delay on volume production of their new XP4 graphics chips, reported Silicon Strategies, quoting a release from the Silicon-Valley based chip maker.
