UK government demands encryption keys
The UK government is preparing to give coppers the power to force people to hand over encryption keys or go to jail and not collect £200.
The Home Office claims that the laws were needed to prevent the increased use of encryption by the usual suspects "criminals, paedophiles, and terrorists". Unfortunately they can still take your keys, my keys and big businesses keys. You can see where this is going.
