TuVox Introduces Next-Gen Speech Tools
In just the past few years, IVR applications have emerged, which recognize the spoken word in addition to, or instead of, the traditional touch-tone or DTMF sounds made when telephone buttons are pressed. TuVox has created what it calls "the next generation of speech application software" in its new release, TuVox CVR 3.0.
