TSMC saw minor 4Q revenue growth, expects sales to hit bottom in 1Q
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) on January 28 posted fourth-quarter 2002 net sales of NT$41.154 billion, rising by 3% from the previous quarter thanks to shipments from inventory in the third quarter.
