TSMC looking to expand Spansion partnership
With the recent agreement forged between Spansion and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) on NOR flash production, industry sources stated TSMC will ramp up its monthly production for Spansion to 20,000 wafers, and the two parties may extend their partnership from 8" to 12" wafer production.
