TSMC getting more orders from ATI on better yield rates
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC) improving yield rates at the advanced 0.13-micron process is helping it gain a larger share of orders from graphics chipmaker ATI Technologies, according to sources inside and outside the company.
