TSMC evaluating 18" wafer fab
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has formed a team to evaluate the feasibility of establishing an 18" wafer fab, according to sources. TSMC said it is indeed evaluating the feasibility, but indicated it is still too early to talk about exact time frames.
