TSMC chairman: China "fab" possibility for new site
At a conference on June 11, company chairman Morris Chang briefly indicated that the Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone is high on the list of locations Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is considering for establishing a fab in China.
