TSMC accelerates migration to 0.13-micron process, targets over 50% sales contribution, sources say
Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), eager to ramp up 0.13-micron process capacity, expects the advanced technology will contribute over 50% of its 2003 sales, according to sources.
