has started shipping its TEW-212APBO 11Mbps Wireless Outdoor AP Bridge w/Router
. The combines a multi-mode 802.11b router with a 10dBi Flat Panel Antenna
housed in an IP66-compliant weatherproofed enclosure. The enclosure has a built-in heater for cold-weather operation and the unit is powered via 802.3af-compliant Power-Over-Ethernet
.
The TEW-212APBO supports AP, AP Client, AP Router, and Bridging Modes, 64 and 128 bit WEP encryption and can be managed via FTP, SNMP (v1, v2), TELNET, and Web Browser interfaces.The product is available now at a suggested list of $799 .
