Transmeta expects stronger cash position for first quarter
Transmeta raised its cash guidance for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31 from $38 to $42 million. The correction did not occur as a result of the new company strategy. According to a spokesperson, the $38 million announced initially was based on an estimate based on figures available at the end of March and the new amount simply was a result of a clearer financial view.
