Transcend starts selling 1GB DDR 400 modules
Memory firm Transcend said that it has released 1GB DDR 400 unbuffered dual inline memory modules (DIMMs). "But they’re not cheap as chips, not yet anyway. In Europe these 2.60 volt babies will set you back 485 EuroBTs (beer tokens)."
