Toshiba Matsushita Display Technology develops 17" LTPS TFT LCD technology-based OLED
Toshiba Matsushita Display Technology, an LCD joint venture of Toshiba and Matsushita Electric Industrial, recently developed a 17" LTPS (low-temperature poly-silicon) TFT LCD technology-based OLED panel of XGA (1,280 x 768-pixel) resolution for LCD TVs.
