Toshiba Drops Price on PDR-M71 & PDR-M81 Digital Cameras

Yes, I'm well aware that these aren't new products, but with many companies holding off on making announcements until next week's Consumer Electronics Show (CES ), I might as well take a few moments this week to let you know about various "After Christmas Sales." Toshiba just let us know that it is reducing the price of its 3.2 megapixel digital camera, the PDR-M71, by over twenty percent to $399 and offering a $100 mail-in rebate for its PDR-M81 4.2 megapixel camera. The company is also giving away a free Photo Kit to buyers of its PDR-M81, PDR-M71, and PDR-M21 cameras. The Photo Kit includes an extra 32Mb SmartMedia Card along with a case, a sturdy camera bag, and four Energizer e2 Lithium Photo Batteries. With the holidays over, maybe you can start getting set up for your summer vacation.
