Toshiba to build 8" fab in Japan for power device production
Toshiba and its subsidiary Kaga Toshiba Electronics (Kaga Toshiba) announced that they would invest over 50 billion yen over the next five years to construct an 8" fab in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan. The new fab will focus on producing power devices.
