Toppan Printing reportedly planning color filter factory for Shanghai
Toppan Printing reportedly plans to invest 20 billion yen to build a color filter (CF) factory in the Shanghai Zizhu Science Park and begin production there in the summer of 2005, according to Nihon Keizai Shimbun .
