Topco to hike 6" blank wafer prices 10-15% starting July
Leading Taiwan-based blank wafer supplier Topco Scientific plans to raise 6" wafer prices by 10-15% starting July, said company president Richard Kuo. Topco is currently negotiating a possible rise in 8" wafer prices by a similar percentage in the third quarter.
