- That's right folks! Another week, another Steam giveaway. Our last Steam Giveaway for Civilization VI ran into Halloween, so to make up for it, we're giving away a bundle of three very spooky games. Up for grabs this time are three copies each of Darkest Dungeon, Gone Home, and the Alan Wake Franchise. There's only a few hours left to enter, so don't delay. Head to the giveaway thread in our PC Gaming forum for your chance to enter the raffle and answer the discussion prompt.
- Our Best Builds 4th Quarter update is nearly at a close. The submission period is over, and now we need your help deciding which one is the Best VR Ready Build for $600 or less. Oculus lowered the requirements for a VR Ready PC thanks to an algorithmic technology it's calling "asynchronous space warp." The new piece of code doesn't let you traverse the cosmos, but it does give last-gen cards the equivalent of a VR warp drive. Given the steep budgetary requirements of this new Best Build category, the competition is fierce. Head to our Best Build thread in the Systems Forum and vote with your expertise.
- Enderal, the standalone game developed from a complete overhaul and modification of the original Skyrim, is taking the internet by storm. While many have been playing the brand new re-release Skyrim: Special Edition, an equal number of players are revisiting the classic RPG in the epic world of Enderal. Earlier this week, our very own Joe Pishgar, Director of the Community and gamer extraordinaire, gave a glowing overview of Eneral and an in-depth introduction to its epic fantasy world.
