Tohoku Pioneer begins mobile phone OLED shipments to Fujitsu
Tohoku Pioneer recently began making shipments of four-color, passive matrix mobile phone OLEDs (organic light-emitting diodes) to Fujitsu. The OLEDs are used as displays for NTT DoCoMo F504i third-generation (3G) mobile phones.
