TI to launch new solution for entry-level gray-scale handsets by year-end
Texas Instruments (TI) plans to launch a GPRS handset solution that stacks baseband, radio frequency (RF), power management (PWM) and SDRAM and SRAM chips in a single package by the end of 2004, according to a company source.
