I'm sure that anyone reading this has an idea of what skateboarding is, and what it's all about. That said, I know that anyone and everyone reading this has to have heard of the Tony Hawk series of skateboarding games. These titles were released for the PlayStation, Xbox, and GameCube console systems some time ago, and not too long after that, proceeded to take the gaming industry by storm. The Tony Hawk games have always been (arguably) the best skateboarding games on the market. I could go on about all of the great qualities that these games boast, but if I did, this would be a really long article.

So, to sum it up concisely, I will say this: these games rock. I have been a fan of this series for some time, even though I can't actually skateboard well at all (but I sure can in the game :)). If you've not played one of these titles before and are interested in a great gaming experience, you should check this series out. If you're a fan of this series, then you know what I'm talking about: each new title is better than the previous ones. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (THPS 4) is no exception, and in my opinion is the best title in the series to date.
