Thermalright's insane "Heat Sink Case"
Taipei TAIWAN - We’ve all seen CPU heatsinks get bigger and better, but Thermalright has gone all the way with their aptly named "Heat Sink Case". Like the name suggests, the case connects aluminum pipes to the CPU and conducts heat to both radiator-like side panels.
We spotted this silvery case tucked away in an obscure corner of the Computex technology show in Taipei. The panels are also made out of aluminum and four huge tubes come down and form the square CPU attachment. Company reps told us that the case can dissipate more than 100 watts of heat.
The HSC will be available in the coming months for around $500 dollars.
